Being of service to others is something I learned at home. I come from an entrepreneurial family, active in service, retail, and in construction.
I think our people are among the few lawyers who still have a heart for small and medium-sized businesses and ordinary people. Together with my colleagues, I work to win. Individuals and companies who choose us rely on this.
I attach great importance to self-development and intellectual and social exchange. Together with my office associates, I share the opinion that we must commit ourselves to society without asking for anything in return.
I give substance to this in my own way by being a university guest lecturer and by providing training courses for the staff of the Juridisch Loket.
Furthermore, I provide assistance to the Huurteams Utrecht, Rotterdam and Leiden, social institutions supported by the municipalities. Until 2021, I provided legal support for nearly a decade to the Landelijk Studenten Rechtsbureau, which is committed to the interest of students in the higher education system.
